Ms Jehan was very clear and precise during her training, all we had to do was to pay attention and we could easily get the steps right. She also possess the required knowledge to deliver the course output in a professional manner. However, I wish to highlight to the training provider that I actually felt quite deprived of maximising what could be learnt during this 2-days course. Reason being, there were some participants who were not IT savvy and required additional assistance from the trainer. Our trainer had to repeat almost every instruction she gave to the class and attend to certain participants in person. Due to this, there was a time constraint situation and Ms Jehan could only cover adequately just right for all of us to pass the assessment. There were quite a handful of topics/areas which were left untouched due to our trainer having to spend about 40-50% of her time on certain participants, so you can imagine the amount of idle time plus interruption during the 2 full day course. Just a suggestion to ACAD Pte Ltd - it would be very helpful if the participants could undergo a pre-course assessment on their IT literacy prior to the lessons, so that more days/time could be catered for the basic level participants in a separate session. Participants who possess advanced to intermediate levels could then be grouped together to take the course on a regular timeline. Last but not least, thumbs up to Ms Jehan! She has even provided her contact details to us so that we could reach out to her if we have any questions after the course.
